I’ve enjoyed exercising with people. They encourage us to do hard work. Friendly people. I appreciate that one master belt man know sign language, he talk me without barrier communication and teach me how to do karate technique in right way. Karate class is a very expensive but it was worth a try. I highly recommend.

Iv been their before like in my first time in 3rd grade and I loved it their and I had to leave if I want to join agian do I have to start a white belt agian because on my belt was a white with 1 stripe but I’m self trained and so I don’t know if I would have to start in a different color. Great place to get a great workout...I've been doing the Kickboxing class on MTThurs and some Saturdays and it definitely helps with work stress! Hard to fit into the schedule sometimes, but have made it a priority as you feel so good after. All the instructors: Mr. B, Jaylen, Xavier with some help from Terrance make a great team. Xavier, aka X-man really gets the class motivated and to push yourself while having fun! Now, if i could only work on the social eating! sheesh! ;)
