That star rating is - negative one star! This company is awful and the staff is dreadful. They refuse to communicate and blame the customer for for everything. The cost is hidden but when all said and done it will be $1000;fee to receive an advance of up to $1200. I never got that far waiting two weeks so can't say if I was paying $1000 for $100 or $1200, either way that's disgusting. Save yourself and File yourself and in three weeks you can count your money.
Great Service! I was referred by a family friend. Took my 2019 tax and he was real honest with me. Mike and karina are a great team and i found what i was looking for..HONESTY! Thank you!
