Sunshine house cleaning East bay

I'm sorry I feel like this review is long over do. I've worked with sunshine many times and in the beginning g really liked the way they cleaned. However the last few time have really been disappointing. We recently had a move in cleaning where drawers and basically everything is done in slightly more detail. We paid $340 for a job very very poorly done. I keep uncovering drawers that were not wiped down and were forgotten. I do not understand why they can charge so much for a specific type of cleaning but forget everything. I requested the move out cleaning and the cleaning was good. the landlord agreed on returning all my security deposit. 1 star deducted for increasing my initial quote to 350 to 470 on the job site, which leave to no choice and have to take it

Everyone that has come in for cleaning has been conscientious and asked good clarifying questions, it's clear that there is some consistent training they get. Lidia is also well organized to set up/confirm our monthly service appointments. If anyone is running behind schedule we are contacted with an update, but most of the time the cleaner is here on time or, today they were actually a few minutes early .
