I've been using Carlos for all of my plumbing issues since moving into our house in 2011. Prior to moving in, Carlos ran a gas line from my meter to the kitchen. While here, he replaced a nonexistent air gap for the dishwasher, checked for leaks throughout the house, and even went into the crawlspace, where he found, and fixed a leak from the downstairs bathroom. He was the middle of three bids and I'm so glad I used him. He was only here for the gas line, for which he also got the permit, but offered to check out the whole house. He barely charged me for the leak repair and charged me nothing for the air gap (he happened to have one in his truck). I've used him to clear my main drain a couple of times and he's always reasonable, even at night or the weekend, and always does great work. He is also very personable and honest. I highly recommend Carlos for all your plumbing issues.
