“Francisco is the foam roofing expert you'll find in the bay area. I had a roof leak last year and called some companies for repair. The guy walked around the house and took a few pictures and told me I needed a recoat. When I checked online I noticed recoating does not solve leaking so I decided to call more service to check. And luckily I called Francisco, he immediately told me he recoating does not fix leakage and confirmed with me the roof type I have. And when he arrived at my house to check, he measured roughly where the leakage would be at the roof based on the leaking point inside the house (which previous company did not do). And found the potential leaking spots on the roof (foam) and repaired it the same day. Price was reasonable for the timely repair. The only reason I am sending this review now is because all of his fixes still stand. My old roof survived through last year's pouring rain and it has not leaked. And that really showed his quality of service.“

“Appointment was a breeze to make over the phone for repairing my roof leaking issue. Jesus Mendez showed up on time. Jesus assessed the damages of the roof for repair in half an hour and gave me the reasonable price quote. Appointment for repair was set for 4 weeks out due to holidays season. But, Jesus covered the leakage area of the roof. He also promised me that he will replaced all defective 7 or 8 O-Rings for roof ventilation ports. He did came back after a couple of days later with brand-new O-Rings and replace all the defective ones for me before the heavy rain hit in our area. Jesus came back after New Year and fixed all my roof leakage issues with a professional manners in 2 days. Cleaned up debris from all my gutters, valley areas of the roof along with constant update on the progress. Heavy rain hit in between the repair days and leakage seemed to be completely fixed now. I would like to commend Jesus Mendez for doing the excellent job, the honesty and his professionalism. I had a doubt in the beginning about Manada Roofing Company since I was not able to see recent positive reviews from Yelp or Google. They installed new flashing and shingles around our chimney, cleaned our gutters, and resealed the seams in our balcony roof. “After careful research and after reading through the many Yelp reviews and our Neighborhood Facebook group page my wife and decided to go with Maciel Roofing to replace our shingle roof and aluminum gutters. After some back and forth regarding shingle color with our HOA we were finally ready to move forward. We reached out to the owner Pete he then came out and provided a written estimate. He answered all of our questions via email and phone quickly. After we signed the contract he called us several days later and scheduled our roof and gutter replacement. His crew was prompt and arrived earlier. We were lucky and 2 of his crews came out to work on our house. There were about 8 workers with several company trucks. His son supervised the work and constantly kept us up to date with the progress. The crew did an amazing job. The gutters also came out very nice. Overall I think we have one of the nicest gutters and roof on the block. They also added a few extra downspouts that we did not have. We would highly recommend their service.“

They were easy to communicate with and the onsite staff were pleasant, considerate, and always left the area around the house tidy. My roof is pretty complicated, having sloped parts, flat parts, and vertical parts but they were able to do all the needed work. I got four quotes and Mendoza's was the most affordable of the three quotes that seemed to understand the work involved.“
