I'm really not sure what happened here, but looks like I'm going to reach out to another business. I had a major leak from my upstairs neighbor. I called RestoreX, someone came the next day, great! It's now 4 days later and nothing. No, I'm not following up. Either they're too busy or disorganized, either way I don't want to proceed. Not sure why they're rated highly. Im very distraught over what happened and obviously they don't care. Will now have to start over with a different company.

A plumbing issue caused water leaks in our condo. We contacted a recommended vendor who referred us to RestoreX. The RestoreX crew followed up immediately. They sent the crew the same evening, with a project manager providing advanced notice to us. For 3 days, three crew came by to follow up. They showed competency and caring for the customer. The issue was fully addressed. Thank you.
