A plumbing issue caused water leaks in our condo. We contacted a recommended vendor who referred us to RestoreX. The RestoreX crew followed up immediately. They sent the crew the same evening, with a project manager providing advanced notice to us. For 3 days, three crew came by to follow up. They showed competency and caring for the customer. The issue was fully addressed. Thank you.
Water had leaked into crawl space under the house. A restoration company was hired to remove the standing water and remediate any damage found. After they said the work was done, upon inspection, not only did they not do the work, but also left materials and work clothes behind. RestoreX was hired. They were very responsive and surveyed the work area and sent me pictures and a quote. After I reviewed their proposal I hired them and they handled all issues related to the problem at a very reasonable price. Overall, all employees which whom I interacted were prompt and professional. I would use them again in an instant if the need arose. I recommend them to anyone needing restoration services.
Had my carpets and ducts cleaned today. Just wanted to say thank you to Manny and his crew. They came to my home immediately and more than anything was very happy with the way his crew left my home. Super clean, honest and reliable. They were on time and very thorough. Before they left we did a walk through to make sure all was go to go. Thanks again!
