These people are horrible. They are completely dishonest. I took an appointment for a hair cut and I clearly mentioned, that I use the Hair system, They ask me for $45. I went for an appointment after hair cut they asked me for $198. I have never experienced such customer service. When I confronted about $45 on the phone; the lady started shouting at me. I was very disappointed. Then She asked me to pay $100 as a discount ........ what discount, your charges are $45 for a haircut. If you want to verify go to their clinic and read the rates displayed on the table. IT IS $45. Very bad experience. They did not own it. and end up paying $100 for a monkey-style haircut and they shamelessly took $100. The hair style is not worth $5. it is a very bad hair styel.
