“Ruby is fantastic! She did an excellent job refilling my nails. Megan's is one of the few salons in the area that have upgraded to the polygel/hybrid gel in addition to offering acrylic nails. I explained that my hands are very sensitive to the power filers used plus I've had some terrible nail techs who had burned and cut me in the past. She took her time and checked in with me to make sure I was feeling good often throughout the process as she cleaned, filed and shaped my nails. I love them and I highly recommend Ruby as a nail tech.“

“Ive been going here for like the last 10 years... though sometimes i take a break for my nail's wellness sake. I want to give them time to breathe and rest from all the acrylics, gels and paints. So I would say that I go to this place about 6-8 times a year. Every visit will last me about 3-4 weeks for a gel acrylics and sometimes I even use a regular nailpolish to paint over it so I can extend couple more weeks hahaha! I love these guys cause the owners are siblings. It's very rare that you get along with your family when it comes tolol !!! Yeah, I live only one block away from here so it's so fast and easy to get there. There's ample parking. The service is really good. Quick and fast. Also if you need waxing services too, Yvet does it. I get my eyebrows and underarm done here after I get my nails done. We just live closeby this place and now are moving. Just 3 minutes further though. I would still come back here cause I love them!“

“I went to this place because I wanted to start using hard gel on my nails and this place came up in a google search. I decided to get a hard gel full set w design and it came out to be 80 without tip which is fair in my opinion. I think that the lady doing my nails (I think her name was Kathy) did a great job! She was super detail oriented and really wanted to make sure she did right by the design (I included a picture of what I wanted). The interior was nice and pretty clean. I would definitely come back. Ps the pictures were taken a few days after I got them done so not fresh.“

“I just moved to Hayward and tried this salon as it is closed to where I live. I made an appointment and there was a lady with glasses greeted me and started to do my nail. I requested gel white nails. Since the beginning, she had been doing everything pretty quick and when she started cutting the cuticles, she was not gentle as she supposed to be ( May be that is her style , so I said nothing) and she cut one of my nails bleed and she apologized for it and i don't mind that either ( accident like this happened) so I totally understand and she brushed off my nails with acetone and it hurts my finger and I don't mind that as well. She did apologized. The problem is when she applied the color, it was chunky and uneven, I regretted so much that I did not have a chance to take a picture and there were spot missing on the sides of the nails. The white polish was so messy on every nail. the whole thing looked like I applied the nail polish with my left hand. My whole experience with her was miserable. ( I kept saying in my head this would be my last time) I TOLD HER THAT I DID NOT THINK IT IS EVEN . She said she would file it for me later and applied the top coat and everything. And I asked her, ( is this done and do you think it look nice ?) and there were two other employees and they started talking to each other in another language. And then , another employee came to me and asked me what is wrong and I said, (if this is how you do it, then it is fine , but in my opinion, they are not fine at all. )And she said " let me do it for you" and she had a look, removed all the gel redid everything and I am 100% satisfied with it. And I love the results and the photos are the nails that Trinh did for me. Guys!! You have to request Trinh. Don't make the same mistake as I did. Will definitely come back for her. She is really nice and very professional. She knows what she is doing. I planned to come back for acrylic. This is a trial and Trinh didn't fail me at all.“

“Ok this is my go-to nail salon now only because it's close to home and prices are decent for acrylics. After I switched from gel manicures to acrylics, I noticed a big difference in quality. I still get gel for pedicures, but so far seems ok. Maybe it's because my favorite technician, Tammy, just does a quality job regardless. I love that she takes her time no matter how busy the salon is and she's very attentive to the details.“

Quick 5 minute wait for daughter to get serviced while I waited about 10-15 minutes until other nail tech was available. We walked in, no appt needed. Prices start at $50, quoted $80 for her pick of red French tips with designed Bows. Mine : considered a fill with design -$70. 3% charge for using credit card. Service was fast, beautiful work done to our nails. Daughter liked her nails but said one hand looked better than other. Oh geez- teens ‍ Would visit again if in the mall & wanted nails to be done.“

“We started going to MonZoe in September of 2022 and we were immediately impressed with the quality of the manicures and pedicures. We have been going every 4 weeks since then with the exception of a place we tried that was close to home when we moved. “I have found my spot! If I could give 10 stars I would. I have been struggling to find a nail salon close to home. I've come here a couple times now and let me tell you...if you want everything done right come see Dao. It's by appointment only and she is always booked so best to call ahead a couple days in advance. Maybe even a week and book your next appointment after your current one. The name of her shop says it all. She focuses on natural nail care and doesn't do acrylics which I love. Dao is very knowledgeable of the products she uses and what's best for your nails. From start to finish you will notice that she is super hygienic and everything is sanitized. You may notice that she doesn't do massage chairs and I almost let that deter me from making an appointment. Once she explained why she doesn't use them I'm actually super grateful and prefer her method now. She brings out a fresh sanitized tub for every pedicure and the chairs she has are super comfy. She really puts a lot of thought and care into what she does. She even recommended a shape for my toes that I hadn't thought of before that will now be my go-to. I can go on and on about how great Dao and her services are, but you should just go see for yourself. You can tell how good she is from the number of regulars she has. Something I appreciate about her shop is that since it's by appointment only there are only ever two people getting their nails done at a time and maybe one person waiting for their appointment. She takes care of you from start to finish and is never working on another client simultaneously (can't speak for when her other nail tech isn't there though, but both times I've gone they have both been there). Not like going into a crazy busy salon where you feel rushed and the quality of work isn't that great because they're so busy. My experience here has been top notch. Thank you SO much, Dao!
