Tom has been servicing our apartment building for the past 8+ years. I believe his work to be very professional and ethical. Best part is Kbeck stands behind their work, arrive when they say they will. They will call to notify if there is any problems in making their scheduled service call. Their prices are in line, not the highest in the industry. The fact that they don't over charge you and sell you what you don't need, AND warranty their work, makes them MORE VALUABLE THAN MOST PROFESSIONAL! Woke up one morning to no hot water. Never having an issue with the water heater before and not familiar with repair, I called Kbeck and was added to their schedule for that same day. In the meantime I watched a YouTube video on relighting the pilot light and to my luck it lit right up. I waited a couple of hours and checked the water temp and still no hot water. Leave it to the professionals. Kbeck arrived at the appointment time and had to replace the pilot assembly.Plus they have an A+ rating with Better Business Bureau.
