So sad that this spot is finally closing. I can't tell you how many times I've been here with my family. Growing up with 3 brothers, there were frequent visits here, so many that for a point in time I think they asked my mom if she was beating us LOL. Farewell to Kaiser Hayward, I will and won't miss you all at the same time. My last visit was kinda good and kinda bad, my appt was scheduled wrong because of the move, but the people in Radiology were so cool about it that I can't even be mad. Next appt is at the new Kaiser in San Leandro.

Being a Kaiser member, I often wish I wasn't. I have had horrendous care from my local facility. Last week I was down for 4 days with a concerning headache, and avoided going to ER due to previous encounters. My BFF suggested I try this other Hayward location out. I was scared when we arrived, nothing new or fancy here and in a rough area. HOWEVER, the service and care I received is something I have never gotten at the Fremont Facility!! I was in and out in 3 hours with antibiotics in hand, plus for the first time actually feeling OK about the diagnoses. Thanks Hayward Kaiser!!
