Writing on behalf of my parents who own a townhouse. JR and his team did a fantastic job renovating their space: We had a big project from flooring to bathrooms as our rental townhouse need a total renovation. Our first move was to get 3 to 4 quotes. We used Yelp, Homebuilders and Thumbtack to find the RIGHT CONTRACTOR! We met, discussed and received bids from various contractors and received bids from 4. Out of the four bids, we hired Ray. We're so glad we hired him. We could not be happier with Ray's skills and his pleasantness to work with. He is very easy to work with; he does what you ask him and works beyond expectation. HIs workmanship is exceptional, he's very attentive to detail and he did a walkthrough after the whole project was finished to make sure that everything was up to our expectations. He rehabilitated and made an exterior facelift of the kitchen cabinets as opposed to replacing it with cheaper quality. He saved us at least a few thousand dollars. Perhaps it would have been a lot easier to demo the existing and replace it with a new one, the way the other contractors had suggested to do. But Ray did a good job in making it substantially equivalent to new. He replaced the whole upstairs bathroom, putting in a new floor, bathtub, walls and also installing mirrors and cabinets. My husband bought an extra wall cabinet and picked a black one. We asked him if he can paint it white, and no questions asked, he brought it home and painted it. Talk about going beyond expectations!! Not only that, but he is so easy to work with, his work is an art, he loves what he does and he meticulously finishes them and loves seeing them perfect. Can't help but to refer him! To sum it up, he completed our bathroom renovation, kitchen cabinets rehabilitation, kitchen counter replacement including installing new sink, popcorn ceiling removal and texturing, whole house interior painting, and garage painting. We would totally recommend Ray.

I had a leak under my kitchen sink, I searched the web and found Jr. at first I must admit I was a little hesitant, as we all are searching the web. Jr surpassed all of my expectations, he came out and fixed the leak and replaced my faucet. The work was top notch, and he is very meticulous about his work. We have the next project already set. If you need a repair Jr. is your man!
