“Was having such a hard time finding a place that I felt comfortable allowing into my home to do service for rehabilitation and additional care. This place has been tremendous through the starting process. Between 24-48 hours we had someone in my home assisting and doing clinical with my grandmother. The staff was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. More specifically, Sammie, the marketer was beyond amazing, but I feel extremely comfortable allowing this company to help within this process. Not to mention that they do service most, if not all of the Bay Area.Would for sure recommend to other friends and family!!“

“I moved my Mom to Fairbanks One August 2018. The care she received was excellent. Vio the main caregiver and owner goes above and beyond for her residents. My Mom has special dietary needs and she made her meals enjoyable and tasty. My Mom passed away in June 2019 with Vio at her side. I can't begin to tell you how much care she gave my Mom in her last few months. She also kept in daily contact with me. I felt very at ease knowing that Vio and the other women who help her were taking care of my Mom. The house is extremely clean and organized. The food that is served was very good. She takes great pride in the care she give to her residence and the home. I would highly recommend Fairbanks Home Care for your family member that need this type of care.“

“These guys are superb. They go above and beyond to care for their clients. We had them on a budget for 4hrs everyday but we had an emergency at our house with water leak. They made sure that my parents were okay and would not leave until the water restoration came and fixed the leak. This touched our heart knowing that they are still people out there that cares about their client and not just the money.They also do a full background check on all of their caregivers -- very crucial when you are bringing someone into your client's home.I can't say enough about Right Time Homecare. They are professional, kind, considerate, flexible, knowledgeable, and available whenever we need anything. I would give them 10/10 if there is room for that .“

“Our family has had the misfortune of getting lice twice. Staff at this location have been super friendly and accommodating. I love that they have a staff person with locs, it helps normalize that anyone can get lice and they know how to manage all types of hair.“

“I recently broke my leg and was given a Physical therapist to come to my home. I got Danae Long from Kairos and she was very sweet and patient. She took the time to answer all my questions and helped me tremendously. When I randomly started crying during our first session she comforted me and reassured me that I was okay. She taught me many different stretches and exercises that made life a lot easier and made my leg feel incredible. She gave me confidence to walk up steps and walk around by reassuring me that I would be fine and to take things slow. She did a lovely job at helping me and she will be missed.“
