Our company called to ask a simple question about Electrical Conduit. We where basically told that if we knew anything about Conduit we would not need to call. We where then hung up upon. this was a business to business call.Anyone should be able to ask a professional question of any member of Hayward Electric without ego and lack of professionalism getting in the way of business. We will definitely avoid working with this business in the future.
