I had a different type of interaction with Frank & Grossman. One of their trucks damaged my car in a parking lot. After I reached out ; I received a call from the Fleet Manager, Eli Flores. He listened to my report and the report of an independent witness. He investigated and quickly agreed to fix the damage.I was able to choose my own auto body shop. The estimate was approved. Releases were signed and the work was completed in a few days. The company ordered a rental car for me. This transaction restored my faith in corporate dealings. No delays, no hasslses respectful communication. I am delighted with the results; the car is as good as new. Thank you Frank & Grossman ; and especially Eli Flores.
