The stairs going from the bottom floor to the second floor was utterly disgusting. We have had taken care of my mom's 2 dogs when she was sick and then we now have our 2 dogs. All of them have used the bottom of the stairs as a toilet or place to puke. We just need to eventually get rid of the carpeting but in the meantime we hired Elmer's. The guy was very responsive on Yelp messaging, gave a quote, sent me a calendar invite. The price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend them to others looking for carpet cleaning.
