We had an excellent experience with Art Monument Company. A special thanks to Andrew. He was approachable, informative, and offered a variety of options to choose from. We were on a tight timeline to have the stone completed for my brother's 1 year anniversary, and Andrew made sure everything was completed within the 2 months. The entire process was seamless and stress-free.

In the design process, Andrew consistently incorporated our feedback and delivered exactly what we wanted. Glad the plaque for our Mom was installed 3 months after ordering. I’m disappointed that the installer didn’t take an additional 5 - 10 minutes to spray the balance of the headstone so they matched rather than leaving it all dirty. I brought flowers for her birthday but assumed wrongly that the installer would have made the entire headstone look nice hence I didn’t bring any cleaning items with me. I’m disappointed.
