I got my hair cut at Amy's. All I did was ask for a trim, and she said "you're young, layers will look good on you." I told her No, but this is the second time I've been there and they have messed up my hair. This is her attempt on layers, after me telling her no layers. Never again am I going back to Amy's. I had to go extra short on my hair and it looks HORRIBLE.

I have been going for years to get manicures & pedicures. I'm talking about more than 10 yrs. I moved out of the area & never found anyone even close to the ladies that do my nails there. They are professional & always so welcoming. I always come back & im always pleased with the service they give me. I moved back to Hayward finally & I continue to get my nails done.

Review for the tanning since it is Amy's TANNING. Name of the business is very misleading as its not a tanning salon. It's a neighborhood hair salon that has 2 basic tanning beds. The price is extremely affordable that's why I gave it an additional star, and it's a convenient location for me as it's across the street from where I live. The rooms have the bare minimum: bed, chair, fan. You must hit a doorbell in order to notify front desk to activate bed. If the bell has run out of battery you must shout or get dressed again to walk out to salon. 25% of the bulbs are burned out in Bed 1, so use Bed 2.
