I live in a Stockton Condominium complex, I am also a unit owner, this is a UNCOMPENSATED review! ... American Asphalt Company is very good, very professional, and very prompt! ... and removed our old & cracked driveways (completely) , and replaced them!, I was thinking ... I would HIGHLY recommend American Asphalt, then I was thinking ... Let me do just this, and level them a Great Yelp review ... I have never seen, or heard about a PERFECT Asphalt Company, until now!
We are an HOA with about 9 miles of private road that American Asphalt seal-coated and restriped in September. Jeff the estimator, Adrian the job supervisor and the whole crew did a fantastic job. could not have been better. They scheduled the work so that streets remained usable during the process and communicated the scheduling clearly. The crew was always professional and was able to work with us effectively and efficiently. And the end product looks great. I received many very positive comments from the Community both as to the process and the outcome. And this is a difficult group to please. In 2020 - during the pandemic - I led the repaving project of 'Rhus Ridge Road' and 'Bassett Lane', 2 private roads located in Los Altos Hills, Santa Clara County.
