We are currently renovating our small townhouse and noticed some mold that we needed removed immediately in order to continue renovating in a timely fashion. Fortunately, Don at All City Environmental, was able to come immediately, was extremely knowledgeable due to his many years in business, gave us a fair and justified quote, went above and beyond to help remediate all of the mold in our two bathrooms and laundry room, and he also gave us a 12 year warranty. When my wife and I were considering buying a house in El Dorado Hills our family friend recommended we have an inspection performed. The next day we contacted All City Environmental and scheduled an inspection. Within 24 hours an inspector was on site and within 48 hours we had a report back. After reviewing the report we realized the house had way too many defects that we couldn’t see with 2 walk through inspections! ... Our family recommends All City Environmental to anyone that is looking to buy a property purchase, you will definitely save time and money.
