“I went In without having an appointment. My cockatiel was getting a eye infection due to getting caught on a rat trap . Luckily he wasn't hurt but he kept closing his eyes . I got there before they open to see if they could make an appointment if possible . They had alot of appointment already coming in . They told me they will try their best to fit him in possibly waiting 2 hours . Luckily it was maybe about 30 mins to tend to my little guy . I'm truly grateful he was able yo check him and give me the proper medication . He's doing so much better . Thank you to all the staffs . If I have another problem I will Definitely to back .“

Not only did they treat my dog, while they were at my house they jumped in when I asked and took care of my two cats as well. Just wow! “Although it's taken over a month to be able to post this review I cannot recommend Hearts and Halos enough. It’s always a painfully difficult experience to say goodbye to our kids, but I felt so supported I was making the right decision throughout the entire process. If I didn't find H&H and received the advice I did I would have waited too because of my own needs rather than the needs of our Tammy girl. From the minute I reached out via email Lynn was incredibly responsive and timely, responding to emails and calls within minutes. We were able to schedule a euthanasia for our baby the next day. Dr Tamerin and her assistant Jennifer were so caring, empathetic and gentle during the entire process. They talked us through each step, ensuring we knew what to expect and assured us Tammy was not suffering. It was a very peaceful process and in a way very healing for me and my wife. “I really like Dr Pan. He is very kind and knowledgeable and I feel like he really listens to my concerns. I never feel rushed when I take my kitty to see him (and I’ve been taking him a lot since Dec 2023 bc he is battling FIP).The reception staff is friendly.My only issue is that there seems to be long wait times even when you’re in the exam room . This clinic seems very busy so I wonder if there’s a staff shortage (or maybe bc the doctors talk thoroughly to each client as I mentioned above). I’m usually there at least 2 hrs. I think I’ve only been out of there within the hr one time“
