These are rip off artists that don't actually file your taxes after being paid.!! Had to hire another tax firm to correct their incompetence and found out my tax returns were NEVER filed. Contacted Ashley by phone twice and requested that they check out my returns and was told that they were filed.!!..?? Now they will NOT return my emails to their firm and their voicemail box is full and won't accept my calls. This is called fraud and I want my money back!! I will be calling the IRS to let them know about The Right Way Tax Service is a rip off company..!!!
