My Prius was not working before we brought it here after being referred by a friend. They fixed it and the engine looked like it was in a brand new car. Great and speedy service. The turnaround was 24 hours for a new replacement with a 1 year warranty. Highly recommend
Rudi is amazing! He charges great for the service he does! very sweet guy and honest. I was able to trust him from the start, he fixed my car for 5k less than someone one else was trying to upcharge me for, very reliable place and very great customer service.
Had my Prius transmission replaced with a used one, the diagnosis took longer than expected although it was previously diagnosed by my Toyota mechanic. When I got the car back I had it inspected by the original shop because the warranty. They secured some plastic panels with self tapping screws, noticed I had a transmission leak by the passenger axle seal. Rudy told his staff it’s got a warranty so don’t worry about it. After driving a few hundred miles I had a violent shake of the engine, took it to them to diagnose and they said everything is fine, took it to my mechanic and he replaced the transmission seal on the axle, and all four motor mounts and all is well.... read full review
