This place is horrible, the Dr's do not care about African Americans, they don't even do the bare minimum! I have been with the office for almost 8yrs and have watched my health deteriorate due to their negligence and as of today, they will no longer collect a check from me/my family.

Called to inquire how much of my insurance would cover a physical - spent an hour to hear probably and & we will be able to confirm in 2 days. Booked an appt for 3 weeks from now, to get a call 2 days later to say it needs to be moved and still only a probably covered. Thanks receptionist Breezy for the not so great help! 'Probably' won't be rescheduling. Heading to UCLA

Horrible! I can never get an appointment with my primary, if they do find an appointment it's usually 3 weeks later. Just recently had to make an appointment with another doctor, called to verify the time of my appointment and the front desk told me that they had cancelled it 2 days prior! I received no call or message. Rescheduled for the next week just to be told a day before my appointment that she was leaving home early the next day so had to cancel my appointment again! Took 2 days off of work just to not be seen and for them to say if I really need medical attention to go visit a local urgent care. Most likely will be switching doctors and not return to this office!
