Unfortunately not good service for making an appointment or patient care , now they sent me a letter saying that I didn’t stay I didn’t even go to clinic, not good! I’ll switch that clinic!

Who the Representatives that Answers the phone should be fired,, lazy & always on break 🤦🏿‍♂️ 20min on hold is crazy.... how yall all over 200 pounds working at a doctor office...

Super disappointed in this clinic. They tell you a time and when you arrive they tell you that your appointment is up to half an hour later. Depending on why you arrive early, I think that as adults we are responsible for our appointment schedule. In fact, if they tell me at 1, 12:30 arrived, etc. And among many other bad attentions. Secretaries on the second floor are very despotic and it's too bad that they are like that.
