Super disappointed in this clinic. They tell you a time and when you arrive they tell you that your appointment is up to half an hour later. Depending on why you arrive early, I think that as adults we are responsible for our appointment schedule. In fact, if they tell me at 1, 12:30 arrived, etc. And among many other bad attentions. Secretaries on the second floor are very despotic and it's too bad that they are like that.

I've been a patient at Northeast community clinic for years everyone is nice the appointments aren't too long away for me and my primary doctor PA-C Miss Prior is definitely the best she listens takes time to go over everything very thorough that also goes for Miss Gonzalez who I've seeing for psychiatry therapy she also definitely listens too she's also great 5 stars

My mom is a patient at this clinic and has been for many years. She has never complained of the front desk staff, and I have never had an issue with them either. They are helpful and polite when I call. If I ever experience anything different, I will follow up with another review. The only way anyone can do better is if they know they need to do better.
