we been living here for a while we had never had any problems with any one the manger in 2163 Long Beach she's a pain in the ass every thing bothers her she also calls all day if she doesn't like something when we ask her to get things fixed the maintenance guys always comes smelling like alcohol and cant even stand well cause he's so drunk and supposedly him he's did his job when he doesn't do nothing... the manager complains about every thing but she cant mind her own Business some time she even looks throw our window like she doesnt know what personal space Is we are so tiered of her

My family has rented from them for years and they never fix anything. Not holes in the walls/floor, not an ongoing mold infestation, rats, mice, ants, broken plumbing, you name it. No air in the summer. Heater broken in the winter. They’re also extremely rude. Slumlord is an understatement. If I could give them negative stars, I would.

A Slumlord indeed! How can this landlord sleep at night knowing he’s kicking families out of their homes so he can charge the next one even more? And he doesn’t even maintain any of his properties. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this vicious person and his cycle.
