Super friendly, chipped a pane on the project I was working on. Replaced for almost nothing and gave me an extra free in case i broke another one. Really appreciate the customer service
I have used this place in the past, but when I was told that in order to measure my window screens, I would be charge a $200 plus fee...no thanks. I measured my window screens per their instructions and still got it wrong. wishing they would have come out and measured my windows as I was going to do all 7 that need it. But I took the window screens to them and 2 out of the 3 were spot on...my measurements weren't quite up to par...it was me...I know. Not sure I will be back though... read full review
Needed screens due to the hot and humid weather lately. I called to set up a time for their technicians to come out and measure. They were on time and professional. They answered every question I had and made the modifications I asked for. The product turned out great! I will return for future projects!
