I made an appointment to have the windows in my home cleaned 45 days in advance. On the morning of the appointment, I tried to call to confirm the appointment. No one answered the phone or returned my message and subsequent ones for a week. I was polite on all my messages for a week (until I got fed up). It's now a week and a half and still no response. Best of luck scheduling these folks. They may or not show up and definitively do not answer their messages.

Paid for a Groupon with these guys. Called them and left over 5 voicemails over 2 weeks to get window cleaning scheduled. They never answered phone or returned call. Will never use them!

How rude is the owner of this company?!!! My goodness, never have dealt with a person that doesn't admit to a mistake he made and blames the customer. To make a long story short, he subcontracts other companies to do the job, the people showing up are kind and friendly unlike him. I will never do business with him again. I'd rather pay more and hire the other companies.
