I've been going to 21 Nails for over 25 years came to live in City of Hawthorne in the 90's , nail shop was close to back then residence . Seen several nail techs come and go, 2 originals have stayed Jenny and Steven both have always done pedi/medi. It's a mama and papa shop and it's not fancy or anything but they do a great job in my opinion, I am not Bougie so it's okay for me .

As the sign reads walk-ins are welcome. I walked in to get my eyebrows cleaned. Immediately as I walk in I am not greeted gracefully instead, I'm yelled at about what is it that I'm looking for. Once I let the person know that I'm looking to have my eyebrows razored, she tells me she does not thread eyebrows, which I never asked she then proceeds to say OK $10 for the service that I'm going to be receiving. I show her a picture of how I would like my brows to look, and she said she is unable to do that, as it looks like they put some type of filling on my eyebrows I assure her that that is my eyebrows, and that there was no filling added, and the person just shaped them like this, and if she could do that. I would respect if she were to say I cannot do this rather than she take on the task and cannot deliver. She begins to razor my eyebrows where she cuts me without telling me she cut me instead, she calls for someone to bring her a cotton swab to clean up where she cut me and then at the end of the horrible job she did she still says $10 rather than saying you know what I accidentally cut you and I'm going to charge accordingly for the inconvenience. I will never go back in here, because the shop is extremely dusty and dirty. The customer service is awful and I rather go to a place where Im kindly greeted and asked what service can they provide for me rather than yelling at me, then turning over to another employee, and speaking a language, that I do not understand, and proceeding to tell me to sit down in a chair, it's 2023. Let's upgrade our customer service skills and let's be kind to people that are coming, willing to spend money into our raggedy shops and let's accommodate or be honest if this is not a skill we do not have my brows look like I could've done them at home and that was a waste of my $10. I hate to rate a local shop low but I hope that this rating gives you what you need to do better. God Bless .

Been coming here for many years. ? they get the job done. Good priced.Usually it cost 50 for both mani pedi. Additional designs. Colors is a plus. The more you ask the more it cost simple as that. We pay for the service.
