Susy was very responsive, quickly scheduling the estimate inspection and then the installation, and she kept me well informed on the status of the project. Robert gave me a very fair price on a Carrier Infinity Heat Pump HVAC, and the installation crew arrived on-time and worked diligently to complete the installation in one long day. Everyone was Professional and Friendly. Robert recommended creating two zones, one for Downstairs and one for Upstairs. 15 months since our AC install. Could never have imagined how well the system would work out. While my neighbors complain about sweating in one room and freezing in another we have been comfortable throughout the summer and winter never needing to adjust the thermostat after the initial setup. A good design made the difference. Robert showed up on time, looked around our home and quickly determined what we needed. A day later we received a proposal from Susie who took care of everything relating to HOA requirements and permits to scheduling the installation which took only 1 day. We had our old attic cleaned out and up (handled by Vigil with abatement subbed through them), new insulation there, new ducting, new access, complete heat pump and cooling. They did an amazing job! I recommend them to everyone. Great prices and great work. Thanks Vigil!
