I came here on June 13, 2024. Pro: they take walk-ins. Cons: - they ask for a $10 minimum tip BEFORE your service - they yelled at me for lifting a sheet because I thought I was supposed to go under - she knocked but walked in when I said not yet - she went hard without asking me and hurting my neck and back - she kept scratching herself while massaging me, gross - she didn't put oil on me - she did the whole massage dry - she cracked my neck and back without asking - she "massaged" my face but it felt like stretching - I came out in pain instead of relaxed HORRIBLE

DO NOT COME HERE; My husband came here on 5/17 to get a massage. After the massage was finished he was going to pay. His total was $42 and he was going to tip $5 to the lady. The lady wanted him to pay $10 in tip and he said no, $5. They went back and forth and he was like fine no tip then. He payed and left the water bottle he was drinking on the counter. The lady then proceeds to grab that water bottle and throw it on his back and walks out to throw more on the car. This is the worst customer service he has received. I would not come here. Don't waste your time or money. Find somewhere better with better customer service. I couldn’t add the video on this review....read full review
