I live in Historic Torrance and my house and clay pipe sewer line were built in 1928. Over the last 95 years there was settling and root intrusion that had cracked, broken, and bent the sewer line. Some of the roots lifting the clay pipe were 3 inches in diameter and it was surprising that anything flowed through the line. Armando and his team examined the entire length of the line from my new clean out to the City sewer and made preliminary conclusions. I gave them the "go ahead" and a few days later his team arrived and began working. When the first access trench was dug it was apparent the root issues over the more than 60 foot length of the sewer were even worse than evident from the interior inspection. Based upon the situation that had developed, Armando formulated a plan to address my specific issues. He was not set on using any particular method until He had made a complete examination inside and out. Ultimately a combination of techniques were used to address all my issues and my line was replaced from the clean out to the City sewer. Armando kept me informed of every step, showed up on time every day and left my yard restored Armando is a true expert in this field. He will not try to use one method to address every problem. Armando and his team were great. We recently purchased a home and were told by the original inspector that we needed to dig up the whole pipe and completely replace, including pulling permits to drill in a busy street. I called him on a Friday to get a second opinion, he was out on Thursday, did a quick scan and had a much more cost effective and less invasive plan of attack. His team then started the next day and was finished by Saturday. I couldn't recommend this company more for this type of work, super professional and easy to work with as well.
