“First of all THANK YOU THANK YOU GUYS for such amazing customer service, my Zeus has been going to the same groomer for years but his groomer was on vacation and I had to look for someone else and I am so glad I did. Zeus is a very difficult doggie and I was terrified to take him elsewhere since not everyone is patient enough for him ? I was amazed once I picked up Zeus, of course he acted up ??‍♀️ but the way they handled it, not one complaint from them ? They said, “He will get used to us and he will be a (Paulina dog ? inside joke) lol… Just a little FYI, I will not be taking Zeus to his original groomer (which he had for almost 5yrs) because all she ever did was complain about my dog instead of trying to find a solution. This means Paulina is stuck with my baby now and I am so glad I found her, I literally already love her HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM ????????“

“I take my dog here almost every month for both services they offer, and I couldn’t be happier! The self-wash station has everything you need: shampoo, conditioner, other supplies, towels, and a dryer, making it super convenient. They also offer grooming, and I bring my dog in for a de-shedding on special occasions.
I 100% recommend this place!“

The store its self has a great selection of animals food and toys. We get all our new toys here. They have the most beautiful hyacinth macaw at the store as well.“

“This is the absolute best dog groomer we have found. We have taken our Sheepadoodle to a few different groomers and he had ended up pretty traumatized. We started coming here and they treat him with so much care, kindness and patience. Now he is excited when we drop him off and not desperate to leave when he is done. If you are looking for a trustworthy groomer who truly cares about the well being of your dog and also gives a great haircut this is the only place to go. Our dude has improved so much with tolerating the parts of grooming he isn't a fan of and it's 100% because of taking him here!“

“I have a large, sometimes dog aggressive, Akita. Due to this it is hard to find places for her to stay. All star pet resort has been my go-to kennel. Yes, it is bare bones but don't let that scare you. Each dog has an indoor/outdoor private run and it is a great price. My dog is sooo happy every time we arrive because she loves all the people that work there. Melinda at the front desk knows her by name and we always feel welcomed.
