OMG!!! I just had thee most wonderful customer experience!!! Special shout out to Celene who helped me out and was very professional, friendly, and super patient with me!! ???????????????????? aannnnnnndddd!!!!! She even saved me money on my car insurance! ????Thanks again Celene!! ????

Celene Gutierrez at the Hanford Sunland office is the very best agent I have encountered with my relationship with Sunland of over a decade. She is very friendly, professional, sharp, concise, and very knowledgeable. She provides the absolute best customer service and goes out of her way to ensure that her customers are taken care of. She reaches out when there is an issue with your policy and always follows up. In addition, she will work her hardest to find you the best policy with the most optimal rate. She is also always very quick to reply to any inquiries or concerns you may have. She was also able to get me a refund on my homeowner's policy that I was not aware of. Been doing business with this office for over 15 years. My primary contact has been their local Office Manager Brenda and her work is nothing short of superior. Over the years, her support staff has also rose to the top and never once let me leave the office without a successful solution. Today Celene resolved and issue created by my primary house owners policy carrier. Furthermore, she realized the error and contacted me and the next day it was resolved with the insurance carrier ACKNOWLEDGING the error. Once again, superior service and without a ton of wasted time. Years ago, a large broker directed that our insurance carrier was no longer going to carry auto policies and directed us to Sunland and that is how this long term solid relationship began. Within a year all policies were shifted by Brenda. Note the big broker rep called when we cancelled our other policies wanting to know why. Simple answer - no service and now we have superior service call ended. Highly recommend this office for your insurance requirements.
