I appreciate the wonderful customer service that the Kennies staff has provided to me. Melanie took the time to work out a date that worked for me from my complicated and complex schedule, for their service tech to come to my house. Then she called me the day before his arrival to remind me of my appointment. This was very much appreciated. On the day of my appointment, Manuel arrived on time and ready to get the job done. He was very professional and personable. Unfortunately, I had not adequately prepared for the service to one of my air conditioning units, as I did not realize I had inadvertently blocked access to the upstairs unit. Manuel went above and beyond his job duties to assist me with making the area accessible. He even offered to help move things back when he was done servicing my unit. He was easy to talk to and made me feel at ease. He explained what he had done in checking my units and made me feel confident in his experience and ability to get the job done right. My units are running great thanks to the service I received from Kennies and their team. Thank you for going above and beyond in customer service!
It was a hot Thursday night in July and my AC was blowing warm air when I got home from work. The fam was miserable. Called my home warranty company and they weren't going to have any out for a full week! I was desperate. I knew about Kennies and gave them a call as soon as they opened on Friday morning. The dispatcher was awesome, got all my information, and said she would get someone out ASAP. I was very excited at the prospect of getting same-day service! Then, when the tech arrived he was clean and polite, even though he had already been on the job for a while. He went right to work, diagnosing and fixing the problem right then and there. Voila! My weekend suddenly looked cool and comfortable, and the fam was much happier! Now, I am going to enroll in their AC maintenance program. My AC is always getting fussy and I would rather have Kennies looking in on it regularly. Home Warranties are useless in this kind of situation. KENNIES FOR THE WIN!!
