“It was a hot Thursday night in July and my AC was blowing warm air when I got home from work. The fam was miserable. Called my home warranty company and they weren't going to have any out for a full week! I was desperate. I knew about Kennies and gave them a call as soon as they opened on Friday morning. The dispatcher was awesome, got all my information, and said she would get someone out ASAP. I was very excited at the prospect of getting same-day service! Then, when the tech arrived he was clean and polite, even though he had already been on the job for a while. He went right to work, diagnosing and fixing the problem right then and there. Voila!
