Feb 2024Noticed a leak inside my enclosed patio. I contacted them for an estimate. Andy showed up and went over everything with me. They sent me a written estimate within a few days. It's been pretty rainy this season, but they were able to come out, did what they needed to do. Even painted the new fascia that had to be replaced. They cleaned up so well you'd never know they had been back there.Very professional, decent estimate what I believe is reasonable, no surprises.I would recommend this company.
Thank you Hanford Roofing Company for completing my roof replacement around the AC and replacing all broken tile. They also changed out my vents to a more quality material and even painted the metal ones. I commend this crew for a job well done. They worked very hard in this heat and completed it all in a timely manner.A special thanks to Andy Perez and Denise Perez for keeping me informed of every step of the way concerning the roof. They are very personable, knowledgeable and explained when there was a change in charges. This was due to extra work and materials unforeseen until the work was getting done.Also, I have to thank the office personnel. Each time I called her she was so kind and let me know what she was going to do with my call or concern. What a team!
Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and professional, office receptionist and installers included. They responded immediately, listened to my concerns, checked inside (ceiling) and outside (roof) assured me they could fix the problem, called within 49 hours with an estimate of cost. Gave me an estimated timeline when the job could be done, stayed in contact with me all the way through installation and payment. Cost was very reasonable, job was done with in the timeline. I would definitely call them again if I needed a new roof or patch. You won't go wrong with them on your job!
