Our house was being painted by Palladino Painting – a company we trust and with whom we have an excellent rapport. The painters found damage and reported it right away. Palladino recommended Premier and I called them that afternoon. Kevin, the owner, answered the phone – yes they answer their phone and arranged to come the very next morning. Lisa from the office is wonderful. She called that evening to confirm the next day’s appointment.Kevin came right on time, climbed up the LONG ladder and inspected the peak of our roof where the damage was. I'll be honest and say we almost didn't go with Premier because of the mix of reviews, but I'm so happy we did. Kevin and his team were awesome. We needed a ton of work done and they were efficient, clean and so professional. Super happy with the work and experience.

I can't say enough about the work Premier Termite has done at my house. Gabe came out to inspect my home and sent great workers out quickly to get the work done. They were all professional , knowledgeable and polite. I will use them again.
