Recently moved back to the coastside after decades away and in need of establishing a new optometrist. I was drawn to their we site + the building holds some sentimental significance I wasn't expecting the level of personalcare I received-I was happily surprised! First Anna helped me; shes professional and so kind, she was knowledgeable and explained things along the way. Then, I had the great pleasure of meeting Dr. Gould-what a treat! kind, personable, sweet thoughtful, professional, compassionate and cute as a button!! Im thried to have found THE BEST practice Ive ever experienced. For the first time ever I felt truly cared for by an optemetric professional. thank you!

In reviewing the doctors and staff, I have always had excellent service. I’ve seen different doctors and have had consistently thorough care. The optician is a different story. He broke my husbands lenses (while he was standing right in front of him!) with a “these things sometimes happen” attitude and tried to have my husband pay for a new set.

I've seen Dr. Lam for more than 10 years and have always had great service. She is always extremely professional and knowledgeable. I can't imagine ever going to anyone else.
