Dan and his team are amazing.They installed my new Generac back up generator with an attention to detail and a commitment to customer satisfaction that I have seldom seen.In addition to being generator pros they are also affordable and professional electricians for all projects.I could not recommend Charles electric more strongly.

I called on the day of the day of the "River Storm" in March 2023 for emergency services. My elderly clients Generac was not starting and the power went out from all of the fallen trees. I received some of the best help I have ever received from any technician. He walked me through the process and gave me the secret advice you never receive, get a can of carburetor quick start.I did and sprayed it in and within two seconds the generator started right up and my customers were so pleased because the PGE was out for parts of 3 days.
