Been going 4 years now..love Trish and her parents so helpful nice and sweet.. Always a pleasure so satisfied with a smile on my face. Never will I ever have my taxes done by anyone but Trish.

If i could put negative stars i would. This lady is so rude and unprofessional it is crazy. She did my taxes and i waited over a month and still no return, so i call the Irs and they say it has not even been filed. I call trish at hacienda and she starts yelling at me telling me it is not her problem she doesnt have to help me with anything after she is paid. I mean for one she charged me 300 dollars to do a short form and she cant even help me after she cashes my check!!! Her exact words were none of this is my problem im not going to help you... Trust me save your money and time and go somewhere else it will be cheaper and they might actually do it right or help you if they do it wrong.

I've been coming here for the last four years, My Boyfriend recommended me - he's been having his taxes prepared here for 15+ years! Trish and her team are super friendly and always on the ball with yearly tax updates and is very helpful with getting as much information from you to get you the best deductions and credits as possible, thank you !
