“Focus Vision has been the most suitable optometry I've ever been to. I've been to a few different optometric centers before but none have ever satisfied me as much as this one. When I went for my eye exam, I was greeted by welcoming opticians at the front desk. The check-in went very smoothly and I was taken to the exam room quickly. I was seen by Dr. Jane Liang and she took really good care of me (and my eyes). She is a very enthusiastic and joyful doctor that makes me naturally feel at ease. I was able to open up to her with my issues regarding my eyes and even shared a bit about my personal life. When she heard about the situation with my eyes, she suggested a few different options I could take and I chose to get a dry eye treatment. I definitely felt relieved after having it done. The dry eye treatment I did included a relaxing heated eye massage that I was able to do on the same day, which was super convenient. After the treatment, I went to talk to the optician Carol, who generously spent time picking frames with me. She presented multiple eye-catching frames that caught my attention and her knowledge on glasses was at a professional level. I can tell she spends a lot of time to satisfy a patient's standards. The copay portions seemed reasonable to me and I got a special kind of frame that really fits my facial features. Even though I spent a lot of time picking the frame, Carol was very patient with me (which I am grateful for). When I went to pick up my glasses, another doctor (Dr. Cecillia Chiu) was there and explained all the benefits of my glasses once again. She also seemed very enthusiastic and made sure I walked away with no issues. After I tried on my glasses, I felt like I had seen a completely new world. I have never seen anything clearer before and the glasses were very lightweight. Unlike before, how my ears and nose area would feel tired from wearing glasses throughout the day, this new pair does not make me or my head feel fatigued at all! I am super glad that I decided to come to this optometry and will look forward to my future visits here.“

He takes time, which is rare in today's practices, answers every question, is very knowledgeable.
