He takes his time on your eyebrows and perfects them by having a measuring tool.He's now located in West Covina. The place looks better and it's now in a safer place. He's the only one that does eyebrows here so it's by appointment only. You can get an appointment fast depending if it's the holidays or close to the weekends.
