Had an appointment for a physical checkup on 4/9. Called on 4/1 to reschedule, was told no appointments are available until July. I need a doctor who would see me without a 3mo wait. I switched to another doctor who could see me earlier.
Wonderful Doctor! My whole family goes to Dr. Pang. I've had other doctors who rush through appointments and some who are as rude to get upset and spew rude comments towards me when I'm a few minutes late, but not Dr. Pang. He is so patient and friendly towards his patients and really listens to their concerns. I wish I lived closer, but my family and I are willing to make the drive after a very unfortunate encounter with a horribly rude and condescending doctor.
Many thanks to the two Chinese speaking physician assistants at this clinic. Recently, my referral to a specialist clinic took longer due to changing insurance and other reasons. The two Chinese-speaking assistants gave me a lot of help. Because I was very worried about my condition, so while waiting, I made one or two phone calls to them every day for help. Even though they were very busy, they took the trouble to explain to me on the phone and help me find a way to solve the problem. I want to say that you are the best staff I have ever encountered. I wish you good health and safety.
