David was fantastic to work with throughout my search for a home - exceeding any expectations I had. He gets a great feel for what you want, is proactive in flagging potential fits, and is very flexible and accommodating throughout the process. He knows the area as good as anyone and is open and honest in his guidance that has been developed over years as a professional. He is great in the closing process - helps you cut to the chase, coordinates between disparate parties, and is always on top of things. Above all else, David is great to work with. David helped us from soup to nuts, far more than I expected. He helped us really think through what we needed in a home, where it should be (based on his Russian River knowledge), how to get it closed (fast!), and even useful recommendations for post-close things. Bought a number of homes before, and never has an agent felt like a true advisor.

I highly recommend David. He listened to what we were looking for and helped us hone in on what we wanted. David is extremely knowledgable about building and the area. There were moments when he pointed out important details that we would never have known about. He never pushed us into a sale, and he was very forth coming about issues that came to his attention. He was always fighting for us. We put a lot of confidence in him, and it paid off. After 6 months he put us into a place that is absolutely perfect for us. We are extremely happy.
