I hadn't had a haircut in ages, my colored hair looked like a dandelion pouf! He spent a lot of time helping me decide what to do, and was so kind about it all... though I'm sure he was horrified at the state of my locks! My hair looks and feels great now. He is a true pro, what an amazing gem here in West SoCo! Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Berlin. :)“

His passion for his work really shows in how he communicates with you on your ideas and he’s really great at collaborating with you so you get what you want but also what he knows will look good. Plus if you’re wanting to be adventurous and do some fun colors, he’s your guy. He's worth the trip from Santa Rosa, for sure.“

When son finally agreed to a trim, I googled for a reasonably priced salon in Healdsburg with an available appointment and online booking. I found Jennifer Cadd and her salon, Vanity. Jennifer gave my reluctant teenager a great haircut that he really likes! She asked questions about what he wanted and absolutely delivered what he asked for. My kid has basically never been happy with a haircut, and this was the first time he got the cut he wanted. Vanity is a quiet, comfortable salon with reasonably priced services and plenty of parking, which makes it kind of a unicorn in Healdsburg. Plus, Jennifer is the *nicest* person, and she somehow made both my son and I feel comfortable immediately. We'll be regular customers going forward--I'm really happy we found Vanity!“

They weren't able to see us at the same time, but they were able to provide us with back to back appointments. We brought our own champagne, but weren't sure if this was allowed. It wasn't just allowed, but it was encouraged. Our hair stylist truly curated our blowouts to our specific desires. We did not have endless ringlets, but our hair had volume with an elegant appeal. “My mother and I went to a wedding on Friday in Geyserville and we needed hair and make up to complete our black-tie dress code looks. A few weeks prior, we booked appointments at Healdsburg Salon + Style Bar and our experience was amazing!! Shelby did my hair and both of our make up, and Mikayla did my mom's hair. They both did a fantastic job and were so fun, chatty, and attentive. Ashlyn, the receptionist, was lovely over the phone when we made our appointments and was equally delightful in the salon! She was hanging out and talking with us. For almost the whole time, we had the salon to ourselves which made for a wonderful, private experience. If I ever find myself in need of hair and make up services in Healdsburg again, I will absolutely go back.
