My service was a day late because of improper scheduling. That being said, Stanley Steemer always clean my carpets very well. I have a new puppy who has had puppy accidents that went unseen at the time of said accident. Stanley Steemer is the best way to clean carpets. They always clean the stains right up and dry time is very quick
The agent, Antonio, was very polite and apologetic for the scheduling mishap. I will ask for him the next time I call.
Fernando is an amazing human being and he takes his position with Stanley Steemer very seriously. Scheduling was easy and quick and there were to s of spots to choose from.
Fernando was on time, so very pleasant and one of the nicest guys on the planet. He evaluated what we needed cleaned, made a few suggestions and went right to work! He gave me tips on maintenance on our rugs and upholstery . No pressure of upselling and adding on. He was honest and let us make the decisions.
We are very pleased with the results that Fernando was able to provide and will definitely use him and Stanley Steemer again.
