“We woke up on a Sunday morning only to discover that our Solar System was out along with all of our mission critical appliances. (Fridge, freezer, garage door opener, hot water tank...plus more). We contacted the original seller of our system, only to get the proverbial run-around, even as I write this, they have no clue.

Axiom was hired to do the initial installation in 2022 for our 22 panels. When our Inverter went out in April of this year, Axiom was able to get us back online quickly.

When our inverter went out a second time (two weeks ago) it was Axiom providing the highest level of service and we're all lit back up again. Sean, the service rep from Axiom gave us superior service and he deserves both a raise and a promotion.

We learned a lesson, do not use a 3rd party seller for your Solar, go directly to Axiom...you will never be disappointed.
