“I really like this facility and more importantly the people that work there. I just moved here and had to find a new dentist. After calling a few places that had either no one answer, a long wait, or someone who sounded like me calling was a bother, I called Nipomo Dental Arts. I was greeted by such a pleasant and happy voice I honestly thought it was an automated message (in a good way). I was able to get scheduled quickly too with them letting me know of sooner openings as they became available. Upon arrival every single person that worked there was super happy and said hello to me. All the people that worked on me were all very knowledgeable and caring about the process. No one tried to upsell me on anything For my cleaning, Rea was great! I don't think I've ever had a cleaning be so nice or less irritating. Even had to go back for my first cavities and the dentist was really calm and talked me through the whole process so I knew what to expect and feel. I even got a check up call the next day just to see how I was doing. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new or better spot. Really good and happy people that like what they do, and I couldn't ask for anything else.“

“Dr. Voss is now retired and Dr. Beck is currently on vacation, so I'm seeing a new Dr. Fremnes ("Dr Steve"). He is very much the same kind of dentist as Voss and Beck are-- thorough, considerate, explains everything, professional but friendly-- and also clearly experienced and knowledgeable. I took a fall and ruined my crown; Dr. Steve is walking me through a process for making sure we select the right option for me in replacing it, and the front office staff are great about helping me with insurance/payment questions. I've had nothing but excellent care and client service with this clinic. Highly recommended.“

“Dr Ross and this team saved the day! I was in town for a friends wedding and 4 hours before the ceremony, I was eating candy and my crown came out!I immediately got on google to find a dentist and this was the first office I called. Strangely enough they just had a cancellation and I was able to get in an hour later! They were able to put my crown back on in 5 minutes. Thanks Dr Ross and this whole team!“

“Wow! Honestly I'm impressed with the quality of care I received here, Mr. Khan is phenomenal and was very patient, gave me good feedback and advice for my allergies. I actually felt heard and understood about my allergies and how severe they are, sometimes I feel that doctors think I'm just a head case and that I'm just making this up but he really made me realize that it's the attention to detail that the others didn't understand how to give and the judgements I DID NOT receive that made me feel like I'm given a human experience. So with that being said I would like to say thank you for today and all your help with this situation I've been just dealing with and trying to manage it for years so it was nice to have some kind helpful advice.“

“Quality care by the hygienists, and the dentist is knowledgeable and skilled. The receptionists however are focused on insurance rather than customer experience. No friendly welcome, just business. Having to wait nearly a full year for what should be a 6-month cleaning tells me there's an imbalance and they may have taken on too many clients. I don't know that lack of hygienists is the only problem.“
