My boyfriend and I love Gridley fitness. He likes to do his own workout routine, and I like to take the boot camp classes. Cassandra is the best fitness instructor I've had. I've gone to other gyms boot camp type classes, and no one is as enthusiastic and motivating as Cassandra.
